Your homepage has about five seconds to answer three questions: What do you do? Who is it for? What should I do next? If any of those are unclear, design alone won't fix the leak in your funnel.

Lead with outcomes, not features

Clients don't buy "custom WordPress development." They buy more leads, a credible brand, or a site they aren't embarrassed to send prospects to. Frame every section around the result your visitor wants.

One primary CTA per section

Every screen should have a single obvious next step. "Get a quote," "Book a call," or "See our work" — pick one and repeat it consistently. Multiple competing buttons create hesitation.

Write like you talk

Jargon kills trust. Replace "synergistic solutions" with plain language a busy business owner would use. Short sentences. Active voice. Specific numbers when you have them.

Social proof near decisions

Place testimonials, client logos, or result metrics adjacent to your contact form and pricing sections — not buried on a separate page nobody visits.
